We had an order yesterday PO#5000113013, sent a PO Acknowledgement yesterday. Logged back in this morning and no PO by that number. Tried searching the archive folder nothing their either. Please advise what we need to do to recover this P.O or was this order canceled? there is no indication what has happened to the P.O

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

Documents will always be available unless deleted, so the key is discovering what action had been taken to the document that is not allowing you to find it at this point.

One option is that after two months it is no longer visible in the inbox.  It is not archived, and is searchable, however, it does not come up in your inbox.  As this came in yesterday, that is not the case for this document.

Another option is that it was archived.  This is an action that someone would have to take on the document and when you search for it, it would not come up unless you changed the search function to archived.

This is the most common reason for misplaced documents. I see that you did call in this morning and worked with an analyst.  If you have tried both of these troubleshooting steps and the document is still not coming up, contacting our Customer Support team with a phone call is the best next step.  I'm glad to see you were able to locate the document together.

Thank you,
