I did 2 different orders yesterday for the same acct but it still shows both as OPEN. What step did I miss to complete these order?

When you click on your order, you will be able to see your workflow on the right side of the screen. In the workflow, every step should have a document successfully sent with a green check-mark in order for the PO to be completed.
