I cannot enter my UPC number in item detail

I cannot enter our UPC number within the Item Detail of the ASN. This is required in order for me to complete the ASN.

Which Retailer are you trying to send that ASN to? Are you just not able to click into that UPC field on the ASN? I'd be happy to take a closer look at this I just need a little bit more information.
