I am with California Products and need to set up a PO acknowledgement for Do It Best. orders are called into us.. can you help me.

I am with California Products and need to set up a PO acknowledgement for Do It Best. Most of these orders are called into us not e-mailed. can you help me set up a PO acknowledgement

Hello,

Thank you for posting into the Support Center!

I looked into your account and see that you have a Webforms connection with us for Do it Best Hardware. In that account the PO Acknowledgement is already set up.

When a PO comes in, you can just choose the PO Acknowledgment from the next steps, fill it out, and you will be good to go.

If you have any questions while you are filling it out, you can search with in our Training and Education section here on the Support Center or you can call into our support line and we can walk you through that.

The key with this document, however, is that they have to send you the PO through EDI.  You will not be able to send a POA without the PO to create it from.  If Do it Best is requesting a POA, they will need to send the POs through EDI so you are able to do that.  The good news is that once you get them, you are already set up for that document.
