Hello,

Unfortunately, this box occurs at times after a java update and does seem to not want to move forward.  At this time, the only option we have is choose the later box or close the box by clicking on the x in the upper right hand corner.  Since it does not interfere with the form loading, you can disregard that pop up box.

It also only occurs in Internet Explorer so a very common troubleshooting step is to make the switch to FireFox.  FireFox is currently the most stable browser and is recommend by our support teams.

We are aware, however, that everyone would prefer not to have it pop up and our development team is working on some long-term solutions to this.  In the interim, if it is something that you would really like to be removed, I would recommend calling in and having one of the analysts on the team take a look.  Thank you for your understanding as we continue to work towards a solution to this issue.

Thank you,
Katrina

Hello,

Yes, this box is very tenacious!  It comes back multiple times, even after it has been closed.  If it is not preventing the forms from loading, I would advise to ignore it and as updates come out, this issue will be resolved.

If you would like to have an analyst look at it, we will need to get on a desk top share to see if there is anything we can do.  It may result in switching over to FireFox, our recommended browser.  Please feel free to give us a call at: 1-888-739-3232 option 1 and we can take a look.

Thank you!
Katrina
