I am trying to submit my Ship notice and the system wont let me finish

I am trying to submit my Ship notice and I cant fill out the last line of the form under Pack Info. When I click on the Plus sign it will not allow me to do anything.

There can be a few causes for this issue:

Usually, this means that one or more copies of this ASN have been saved a draft or sent. Several retailers track how many documents are created, or items entered on documents, so if you have already entered the items once on a previous draft or sent document, you may not be able to create a second copy. In some cases, SPS can re-set those documents for you to create another copy, depending on the retailer.

Another cause can be a pop-up blocker on your browser, as the form does create a new window with your items.
