Hi Janice,

I am seeing that they are some outstanding Purchase Order Changes for PO: 4814380362.

You will want to first respond to those changes before crating an ASN.

I have provided a tutorial link here for your benefit for that process.

Please let me know if you have any further questions! :)

Hi Janice,

With Purchase Order Changes you will need to work from "oldest to newest" (i.e. date and time received).

Have you tried answering those POCs from oldest to newest?

What is the difference on how we are set up with Grainger Sourcing and W.W. Grainger?

Hi Janice,

I am seeing that you will need to edit your permission in order to work with those orders.

To edit your permissions you will want to go into your Company User Admins options. I have a provided you with a tutorial here.

You will want to go in and edit those permissions for "Grainger Sourcing" from  none to "Read/Write".

Please let me know if you have any questions?

I will chime in hear to address your question regarding the multiple Grainger setups.  Each separate Grainger setup you see within your WebForms account is a different entity, EDI-wise.  Thus, they must send from unique IDs, creating multiple setups within your account.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or issues.
