I am trying to log into the new Fullfillment page and it is asking for an email and password. I have requested a password reset but have not received an email yet for this. How can I get my log in information? My account is Bernard Welding Products.

It looks like there is a different person at your company who used your upgrade to Fulfillment, so you will need to work with your team to see who owns the login, and to get the password from them! Since your company had one username in WebForms, you will get one username in Fulfillment as well.
