Hello Chris,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

First, I would recommend confirming with your trading partner that there are Product Forecast documents you are missing. Ideally, if we could get document IDs for those as well as times they were sent, that would be helpful!

Once you have that information, you can email it in to support@spscommerce.com or give us a call at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1 so that we can take a look at your connection to see why documents are not getting to you!
