I am able to see the on hand quantities but not the quantities sold

The reports I am viewing for our two models for sale at Big 5 Sporting Goods do not show that any units have been sold, which I do not believe is correct. It does show that there is an on hand quantity. Is there some troubleshooting we can do to resolve this?

To clarify, I believe you are referring to the sales report from your retailer Big 5 Sporting Goods. Your retailer is the one who provides this information, and that information will update each time they send you a sales report. Since SPS does not change the information sent over at all, we would first suggest reaching out to your retailer to ensure that the numbers they sent across are correct.

If you do reach out to them and confirm their sales numbers, you can contact our support team to look at the data being sent across specifically for your connection. They will be able to access that data. We can be reached at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1.
