I am a New user, I'd like to understand how I can confirm that a PO will be ready for shipment on time and how I confirm that shipment has been done and if I need to print any document that should be attached to the Bill of lading. Thanks . Best JM

This will all depend on who your retailer is, as some retailers will have a document where you can acknowledge POs in your account, and some retailers will not. you can contact our support team via the Fulfillment Messenger icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your Fulfillment account to discuss your specific retailer!
