I received 1 Purchase order that should be shipped to 15 different locations.
Each location needs its own pick & pack proccess.
I tried to do as I was advised, and choose the Auto-Complete option through the next steps arrow after viewing the order.
The system created automaticlly 15 saved asn documents, but the packing method doesn't match what is actually packed.

Can you please expain the best way to split the original order before creating the final asn?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Carmela,

You are on the right track with using Auto Complete in this situation. The Auto Complete function will generate the ASN's based on stores and split up what is included in the PO, but it will only pack single sku cartons. If you have cartons with different skus contained in them you will need to manually update the ASN's.

Good Morning.
Now, I have two other problems with the shipping labels printed from the ASN.
First, the text on labels comes out not clear - the letters of some words coner each other. Our computer guy tried to print the labels on all sorts of formats from different printers and from several servers we have in NJ and France, but all documents showed the same problem.
Second, the contents fields on labels don't show all details of multiple styles packed in one box. (the multipule content was choosen on the pack window).

I would apptreciate very much your assistance.
