Hi Vicki,

Thanks for your post!  I can definitely get that re-opened for you.  Before you resend the ASN please make sure you contact Grainger and let them know that they should disregard the first ASN.  They should be able to remove it from their system and you can avoid any possible duplication or dropped data issues.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.  Thanks!

Hey Kate!

Thanks so much for your post! It actually looks like you will have the ability to reopen the ASN option for this PO from within your WebForms account. When you are completing a document in WebForms and you check the "Done" box in the lower left hand corner, it will make the option to create any additional documents of that type unavailable for whatever PO you are working off of. However, these options can be made available again by following these steps:

1. Locate the PO in your WebForms account
2. Place a check mark in the box under the status column
3. Choose "Open" from the Select An Action menu at the bottom of your account

Thanks again Kate, let us know if you have any other questions!

Hi Zach Johnston,

Thanks so much for your instructions. However, I did this way before some times. And we used the “ID ship notice # 04 & Container ID: 00000060930000013446-00000060930000018236 for this shipment. This container ID is indicated on shipping label & applied this labels to the each carton already. This shipment is on the board. So, we would like to amend the shipped quantity on this ASN with ship notice# 04.

If we create one another ASN, it will shown the different container ID.

Please help us on this.

Hey Kate!

I was able to take a look into your account and see that Ship Notice 04 has not yet been transmitted, it is located in your Drafts folder and is therefore still editable. You can open this draft to edit by navigating to your Drafts folder and clicking on the orange next steps triangle for this shipment. You can then edit the quantities accordingly.

However, the quantities on the shipping labels that have already been sent on the shipment will reflect the quantities that the ASN was originally created with. There is not a way to modify the data that is communicated on your Barcode Shipping Labels short of printing new labels after the quantities have been corrected. I hope this is helpful information, please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks Kate!
