How may I cancel the order if PO Acknowledgment has already been sent?

I have already sent PO Acknowledgment. But the trading partner want to cancel the order. I am wondering how I can cancel it in the SPS Commerce. Thanks for your help!

Hi Hui,

Thanks for your post!  There are a couple different ways you can cancel the order, so you might want to follow up with your trade partner regarding best practice.  The first way you could cancel this would be to send a second Purchase Order Acknowledgment with an Acknowledgement type of 'Rejected' or you may have some different options at the line item level that would be a little more specific.  The second way to cancel the order would be to receive a Purchase Order Change that cancels the order.  This would be sent by your trade partner and would close the order in WebForms after you accept it.

Hi Fred, thanks for your message. The retailer I am working with is Fry's. I have contacted their EDI person, she told me to contact my EDI provider.

In terms of your first solution, once I am done with the PO Acknowledgment, this option was crossed out and I am not able to do anything with it. How may I send a second PO Acknowledgment? Please advise! Thanks!

Hi Hui,

I took a look at that PO and found the Purchase Order Acknowledgment was closed when you sent your last one.  What you can do to unlock that is click in the checkbox under the 'Status' column on the right of your screen, then at the bottom of the screen there should be a 'Select an Action' menu.  You will want to select 'Open' from that menu.   A window should open and will put a '1' next to 'Successful', 'Failed', or 'No Action'.  If it shows as successful, you should be able to access that document again.  If not, try refreshing your page quick then check again.  If there are still any problems let me know.  Thanks!
