For proper quality assurance, we require a hard copy test label printed on 4” x 6” label stock. Please first email a PDF to your testing analyst for format approval, and then mail your test label to the address he or she provides. SPS Commerce uses a test scanner which grades the label. If the label does not receive a passing grade or does not scan at all, we advise the vendor on possible reasons for the failure and ask for a new label.
