We Save all our Customer's Purchase Orders as PDF files in a folder for easy reference for the Bookkeeping and Customer Service Departments.
With SPS I have to print the order and than scan it as a PDF and then save it. This is very time consuming. SPS need a way to save the orders as a PDF file on the Purchase Order menu.

Good morning, Stan! You are able to save your Purchase Orders to a PDF file if you select the PDF writer as your Printer type. After you hit "Print" for your Purchase Order, you can change the printer type to PDF writer and it will download to a file that you can save!

Please let me know if you have any further questions and I would be happy to help.

Thanks, but that only works if you have a PDF writer.

Hi, Stan. Yes, you would need to have a PDF writer installed. If you don't already have one, we use www.cutepdf.com here at SPS Commerce and it works really well!

I am saving Purchase Orders in cutepdf but some of them aren't showing any line items past the first page once I save it. Anyone else have this problem?
