how do you configure zebra printer to print multiple labels for one shipment.

I have a shipment with three cartons and need a separte GS1-128 label for each carton. The resulting window does show three label but two labels across and one down. My Zebra printer, only sees one 4X6 label to print.

How do I configure print screen to telll my printer there are three 4X6 labels to print?

Hi Ginny! Thank you for your post! In order to print the shipping labels to a 4x6 printer, please choose the 4x6 option on the right side of the shipping label screen, just above where it shows the 'Range to Display'. This will allow the 4x6 labels to print successfully.

My settings on my printer are correct and I'm selecting 4x6 on my zebra printer. The margins are set to zero. The labels print looking perfect (prints entire label all the way to the edge nicely), but not all labels print. Same problem with printing ASN. All settings on all printers are correct and on the printing preferences, but when it prints, it won't print the last five items on the ASN.

Thank you for posting the the Support Center.

It sounds like you have done all the right preliminary troubleshooting!  Margins are set correctly and over all the printing is done correctly.

The next step is to make sure the WebForms program is exporting the data to the printer program correctly.  To do this you will want to print to a PDF file. If you don't have that option on your computer, you can download a free program called: Cute pdf.  You can go to and download it from there.

Once you have printed to a PDF you will then know if WebForms is working correctly.  If the whole file is in the PDF file, then we know it is transmitting the data correctly.  If some of the file is missing, we know that something else is going on.  If the file is incomplete, call our customer support number at: 1-888-739-3232 option 1 and then option 1 again.  We can get on a desktop share and troubleshoot the issue from there because you are experiencing a unique issue on your computer.

However, if the file exports correctly, then WebForms is communicating it to the printer correctly but the printer is not accepting the file for some reason.  Since you have already troubleshooted the issue by changing the margins, the only other thing we are aware of that you can do is set the printer as your default printer and see if that makes a difference.  Otherwise, you will need to reach out to Zebra and ask them how to have their printers allow the file to import into their system.

At times, data can get lost in translation when you are printing between programs and reaching out to the Zebra support staff is needed to resolve the issue.
