Can this certificate be installed prior to June 25th? IE: today? Or do we absolutely need to install precisely at 10:00 AM Central on June 25th?

Good afternoon,

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce! Unfortunately, installing the certificate in your system prior to June 25th will cause incoming and outgoing data to your connection to fail. If your company is unable to install the new certificate on June 25th, SPS Commerce can hold your data for a 48 hour time frame until you are able to make the update in your system.

In order to set up this data hold or if you have additional questions, please contact Retail Services at 1.888.739.3232 option 3, Monday through Friday, 7 am - 7 pm CST.

Thank you!

Good morning,

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce! I will forward you the certificate in a PKCS#7 (.p7b) format outside of this chat via email. This has seemed to help other trading partners who are experiencing the same issue. If this does not resolve your issue please see other troubleshooting options below.

1. Please work with your current AS2 software provider directly
2. Change the formatting convert to Base 64
3. Normalize certificate to what your software takes

If you have additional questions, please contact Retail Services at 1.888.739.3232 option 3, Monday through Friday, 7 am - 7 pm CST.

Thank you!

I imported the new certificate into the AS2 certificate manager, on 6/25. My transmissions, after that have all failed. The error is that the "message was signed with an unexpected key". Is there something else I was supposed to do, other than import the new key? Should I have deleted the old key?
