Hi Sharon,

Thanks for your post!  Usually when a shipment needs to be split, two separate ASNs are created.  The first ASN will include only those items that are shipping in your first shipment.  Any items that are not shipping should not be included in that document (do not use the 'Select All' option and enter a '0' in the shipped quantity for the these items).  When you are ready to ship the second batch of items, you should have the ability to pull up the ASN again and enter those items in the same way.

Is there a particular purchase order number that you are trying to work with?  I can log in, take a look at the order, and make sure that there won't be any issues when you go to create your second shipment.

If you have already sourced items that aren't shipping into your ASN, you can just click on the line (it should become highlighted) then click the trash can icon by 'Item Info'.  It won't delete the items from the order, and you should still be able to access those when you go back to complete the second ASN.  I am also going to make sure that the item quantities source in the next time you try to create that as well.  Please let me know if you have any other questions!

That error usually happens if you have a Pack Info repetition with no item information.  You can delete any Pack Info repetitions that you do not need and your document should check successfully.
