How do I set the remit to address on one of my Trading Partners?

When I submit an invoice to one of my Trading Partners, I always have to type in my remit to address. My other Trading Partners already have my remit to address set up and I don't have to type it in each time.

Hi Annette,

Thank you for submitting your question. You are able to set Defaults within each form to automatically source information that will remain the same each time you complete that document such as your Remit To information. Please follow these steps to default your Remit To information or view the training video below.

  1. Click on Preferences, located on the left side of your WebForms account

  2. Click on Defaults

  3. Choose your trading partner from the drop down menu
  4. Choose Invoice

  5. Expand the Remit To section by clicking on the plus sign next to "Remit To"

  6. Click on each field you would like to set as a default and fill in the information in the blank white box on the right

  7. Once you have completed entering information, check the "Activate Defaults" button

  8. Save

When you load your next Invoice, the information added to your Defaults will automatically source into the form and there will be no further manual entry for those fields! Please let me know if you have any questions.
