How do I see if a trading partner has accepted a prior 849 that was reported on an SPS autogenerated report as "Unacknowledged"?

I received csv reports from SPS that tell me what documents have been exchanged each day.  I have seen several of the 849 reports marked at "Unacknowledged" - how do I know when or if these are acknowledged?

Hello Teri,

Please be advised, when a report is unacknowledged, it does not necessarily mean that your trading partner has not received the 849, but rather that we have not received a 997 document confirmation for the 849. As soon as we receive a 997 confirmation, the document will show an 'acknowledged' status, or if you are viewing the 997 exception report, the document will no longer appear on the report.

I can help you get set-up with our 997 exception reports. Furthermore, I can provide you with our Adhoc reporting tool, which will allow you to view 997s for documents.
