how do I Print a report from EDI. For example if I want to print report of Rejected Documents How do I do it?

Thanks for your post!  I am taking a look into this issue right now and just want to make sure that I am giving you the correct information.  Are you looking to create report for rejected Loblaw's invoices in WebForms?  Please let me know whenever you get a chance.  Thank you!

Yes, I have to monitor the inbox for rejected documents. I have to go back as far as June. how do I print a report that I can used to print the reject Loblaws invoices in Webforms?

Hi Martine,

The best way to create report for rejected documents would be through our Search feature.  This is where it may get a little bit tricky, though. Since Loblaws rejects invoices/freight bills via Text Message, a stand-alone document, our system does not receive any data back that can create a definite link between the Text Message and the invoice.  That means that status of the document in our system is not updated and we cannot use the 'Rejected' option in the Status dropdown menu. 

The best way to create this report would be to search for the Text Messages in this feature.  You can do so by selecting 'Loblaws' from the Partner dropdown menu and 'Text Message' from the Document dropdown.  You can search for any particular period of time after doing so or increase the number of documents that appear per page if you would like.  This should generate a list of the Text Messages received during that period.  From there, you can check the 'Select Page' checkbox at the bottom of the page, then choose 'Download' from the Select an Action menu at the bottom of the search.  This will download a spreadsheet of the errors for you and should provide you with the invoice numbers those apply to.
