When connecting via AS2 to Wal-Mart, there are two certificates (Wal-Mart and Supplier) which must be in place in order for the connection to be successful.

If your Wal-Mart certificate is expiring, you will receive an email similar to the one below.

This certificate is downloaded from Wal-Mart's Retail Link Portal.  To Exchange this certificate:

1. Access Retail Link and navigate to the Global Enterprise Mailbox
2. Click on the 'AS2 Certificate Exchange' link
3. Click on the 'Certificate Exchange Wizard Help' link for an overview of the exchange process.
4. Click on the 'Certificate Exchange Wizard' link for your mailbox.
5. Follow the instructions provided on the web pages. If you run into problems, please consult Retail Link EDIINT AS2 Frequently Asked Questions or contact the Wal-Mart Supplier Support Desk via the e-mail address edisupp@wal-mart.com or telephone (479) 273-8888. If you have any questions about the download process, please contact the Retail Link Support team at 479-273-8888 option 2, then option 3, and have your supplier number ready.

Once you download the certificate, find where it downloaded, right-click on it, and choose 'Send to' > 'Compressed zip', then forward the email to niservices@spscommerce.com with the certificate attached.  Once we are able to update the certificate in our system, we will reach back out to you to complete the connectivity test.

If you Supplier certificate is expiring, you will receive an email similar to the one below.

This certificate is one that SPS will generate as we act as your (supplier) AS2 system.  To get the supplier certificate update, just forward the email from Wal-Mart to niservices@spscommerce.com.  Once we receive your email, an AS2 analyst will generate your certificate and send it to you with further instruction to complete the connectivity test.

Reminder:  Please allow for time to process your email request and update the certificates.  In an urgent situation, please call into 888-739-3232 option 1.

Hi Senapathi,

Unfortunately Wal-Mart does not provide us insight into their retail portal (Retail Link).  The following number can be used to contact Retail Link support, apologies on sending you elsewhere.

Retail Link: 479-273-8888 (option 2, 3)

Thank you,

Jordan

Hi jordan,

Thank you very much for your reply Jordan...

I have credentials to log into retail link but I need to exchange AS2 certificates in "certificate exchange wizard link".
I'm unable to find that certificate exchange wizard link in retail portal.
Can you please help me on this issue.

Thanks

Hi Senapathi,

Again, I hate to send you in another direction, but we are unfamiliar with the Retail Link platform.  You will want to contact Retail Link Support at the number provided previously.  They will walk you through the certificate exchange wizard.  Once you have a new Walmart certificate (assuming it is your Walmart certificate expiring), you will want to forward it to niservices@spscommerce.com in .zip format.  From this, we will be able to update on our side.  Once updated, you will receive notice that you must run the connectivity test (within Retail Link).  If successful, the certificate will be locked in and will not expire for another two years.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask for any clarification!

Is it necessary to forward the downloaded Walmart new certificate to SPS commerce.

Definitely.  We will need the certificate to update on our side.  Without matching certificates, there will be no successful dataflow.  Feel free to let me know when you have forwarded the certificate on to us and I can let our team know!

Are you referring to your certificate with Walmart?  If so, that is what we are upgrading in this process.
