Hi there,

My company is new to spscommerce and we just recently been setup to use the site, I have gone through quite a few of fullfillment videos and training and still having trouble how to use the webform to process orders, could someone HELP me please?

Thank you for posting!  I will start off by letting you know I reached out to your Implementation Analyst to initiate the formal request (24 hour request) prior to this post in an attempt to get that process started ASAP.  I see you spoke with Support recently, and received a starting guide from Ana. 

With all of that, I understand that you have done your homework!  Is there a particular part in the process I can offer assistance?  I would love to help if possible in the interim prior to your Implementation Analyst reaching out.

Also - Would you prefer a phone call when they reach out?  If so, I will send an email your way requesting the best number to reach you at as well as your Implementation Analyst's direct contact information.
