I am only required to put a pallet label on my shipment to CanTire but my only option is case labels when I go to print - and on the ASN I cannot build a pallet, only case counts.

Good Morning Debbie!

Thanks for the post! In order to build a pallet label for Canadian Tire, you would pack your ASN as though the carton labels were pallet labels. So if you were planning on having one pallet for this shipment, you would put everything in the same 'carton'. If you have two pallets, you would pack your ASN as though you were having two cartons.

Canadian Tire accepts the same carton labels as pallet labels from our website. As long as the labels read true to what is on the pallet, you should be all set!

Please let me know if I can help you out with anything else or if you need any more assistance with this!

Enjoy your weekend!
