How do I forward an Order in WebForms if the Forward to Packing option is crossed off?

The "Forward to Packing" option is crossed in WebForms, how do I forward or re-forward the order?

First, ensure that the order has been viewed as documents must be acknowledged prior to working with them. Then, place a checkmark in the status column next to the PO number in question, and from the select an action menu, select Open. The Forward to packing open will then become available.
