I am a new user with no previous experience with SPS Commerce. I need guidance on how I locate and download forecast data for Canadian Tire.

Hi Tonya!

Thanks for the post! Since you're a new user, do you have your username and password to log into your WebForms account? If you do not, please let me know and I can connect you with your Implementation Analyst as they will be the best point of contact for new users.

If you do have your username and password, you'll want to log in to www.spscommerce.net then click on WebForms at the top of your screen. This will take you to your inbox. Once in your inbox, you'll see the documents located there. To open and view the documents, you'll want to click on the Document ID or any place along that row that turns orange when you hover over it.

If you'd like to download/print multiple at a time, you can do this by placing check marks in the status column on the left side of your inbox on the chosen documents. Once these are there, you'll want to select 'print documents'. From there, you'll follow the prompts to print.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Thanks Stephanie. I do have a log in but I have no documents in my inbox when under WebForms. Does this mean that my account is not set up correctly?

Hi Tonya!

Thanks for your prompt response! It looks like the username and password that I have on file got me logged in successfully. Since it isn't best practice to put that information here, look for an e-mail from me in the next few minutes to touch base!

Talk to you soon!
