I have a part number that actually refers to a collection of parts which will end up spanning 3 or more packages. This means that if the customer orders a quantity of one, they actually receive 3 or more boxes. Quantity 2 is 6 or more, etc.
How do I fill out the ASN for this in your EDI Webforms? I can find a way to split a quantity of 1 item over several packages.

Hi James! As far as I know, there is not a way to split a quantity of one on the ASN to generate multiple shipping labels.

In this type of situation, I think it is best to print out the one shipping label for that particular product three times (or as many times as there are boxes). That way a shipping label could be attached to each box. Then you could label the associated boxes/shipping labels, "Box 1 of 3," "Box 2 of 3," "Box 3 of 3," etc.

Please let me know if this helps or if you have any other questions!
