How do I create documents on WebForms?

I’ve received my first PO through WebForms, and I’m now ready to send my Advance Ship Notice and Invoice. I’ve been able to print my order, but haven’t gotten any further. How do I create documents from Purchase Orders?

There are multiple ways to create new documents from Purchase Orders (POs) on WebForms.


  1. From the inbox or search screen; choose next steps from the PO and select the document type you’d like to create.

  2. From the view document screen, click on the next steps arrow and select the document type to proceed.

  3. From the Inbox, choose “New Document” and then select your trading partner and the document you wish to work with.

  4. Check the Status box next to all POs contained in the shipment and use the Select an Action menu to combine documents via Reply or Auto-Complete.
