I need to book two trucks for the same PO. Our pallets are non-stackable. we have 31 pallets. 30 fit on 53FT and I need to book an additional RPA for the other pallet.
I did not change the quantity in the RPA order section when I submitted it for the 30 pallets. I want to now book an RPA for the 1 pallet but it is saying I cannot over-ship. Which it comes back to that quantity. I should have adjusted it before submitting knowing I would have to book another RPA for the single pallet.
My RPA is due tomorrow. I have reached out to the ICC to change it but I do not want to miss the deadline as I still need to book an additional LTL truck to pickup the 1 pallet

Hi Katie! If you could provide me with the Purchase Order number you're working with I'd be happy to clear the transactions so that you're able to create another RPA. Canadian Tire is an Item Tracking retailer so if you get that "overshipment" error in the future feel free to reach out and we'd be happy to reset the Purchase Order for you. For more information on the Canadian Tire RPA check out this video. Thanks!

Thanks Kelsey

The PO # is 02671828

To confirm when I go to book the RPA's I will need to adjust the quantity in the order tab of the RPA booking ?

Katie - I've reset that Purchase Order for you. Please let me know if you have any more issues with the "overshipment" error. And yes, when you fill out the 2nd RPA you will just need to adjust the quantity to reflect the 1 pallet.
Happy Friday!
