How do I check to see if an invoice has been received and scheduled for payment

Is there a way to verify that an invoice has been received and if so, when is the payment scheduled to be released.

Hi Mark - Great question!

The best way to know if an invoice has gone through to your trading partner is to look in the sent folder. If it errored within our system it will have a red question mark under the "status" on the left hand side. Also, if it's still bold it's possible that it transmitted successfully but that your trading partner hasn't acknowledged it yet on their end.
With certain retailers SPS receives an internal marker letting us know if they've received the document successfully. I took a look at your account and tracked out your most recent invoice and it looks like your retailer has received it. Unfortunately, SPS doesn't have visibility into a payment schedule - I would recommend working directly with your retailer for that.
