Hi Ginny,

Thanks for posting in our Support Center.  Generally, once a document has been sent there is no way to stop it.  It works similar to an email in that sense.  In some cases, however, a document can error as it passes through the mapping checks in our system.  If it fails when passing those checks, it will kick back to your WebForms account and show an "erred" status (will have a red "?" in the status column).  If that is the case, you will have the option to "Edit for Resend" from the next steps off of that document.  That option will allow you to correct the error and resend the document.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions or if I can clarify anything above.
