Good afternoon, Phil!

Your options for canceling an order will vary by service you use as well as by trading partner. Could you please provide me with the PO number you are referring to as well as indicate what service you use with SPS Commerce? That will allow me to investigate.

Thanks!

Thank you!

In terms of the "Service", I was referring to WebForms, File Integration, Catalog, etc. I show that this PO posted to your WebForms account. If you need to cancel this PO, you have a couple options:

1. Create a PO Acknowledgment from Next Steps indicating the order is rejected and will not be filled. If you are unfamiliar with the POA document, I encourage you to watch this brief training video:

Video: Purchase Order Acknowledgment

2. You can notify your trading partner that you will not be filling the order and they can make any cancellations/deletions on their end.

3. GSI can cancel the order by sending you a Purchase Order Change. However, this would be initiated on their end and you would receive the change document in WebForms.

Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks and have a great rest of your day!
