How do I access previously completed online support cases?

I have used the Online Support a few times in the past. On occasion I will go back into the online support section to review some of the previous support cases to see how something was resolved. How do I access those previous cases now?

Hi Mike - that is a great question! With the introduction of our new Customer Community we made a decision to disable the previous functionality of the Online Support Cases. All cases will now be logged within our Customer Community or via a Support email ticket. Issues and their resolutions logged within the Community will be accessible via the link generated in the response notification as well as from your Community profile page.

If you would like a log of issues submitted in 2012 for your reference, please let me know and we'd be happy to provide you with your Online Case history via email.
