I need to invoice an order I received 6 months ago (the product just recently shipped). The problem I have is that I can't find the order in my WebForms account. What steps do I need to take in order to create my invoice?

By default, WebForms will display only those documents that are 90 days old, however data is stored within WebForms for one year. If you wish to view data that is older than 90 days old, you can change your default settings. To do this, navigate to your Preferences. From the Preferences window, simply adjust your 'Months in Mailbox' setting to the time frame of your choosing.

You may also choose to search for documents that are older than 90 days, rather than adjust your mailbox preferences. To do this, either enter the exact document ID (such as PO Number) into your search criteria, or utilize Search filters.

We generally are a seasonal business and do not us SPS a lot in the wintertime. I just signed on and am now unable to see any postings past Oct 2012. I had checked back in December and I know there were some forecasts for Jan but can't seem to find them now. Any suggestions???

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately that did not solve the issue. I checked preferences and it was already set to 12 months. I tried changing it to 3 and then back to 12 but no change. So just to clarify because I think I may have led you astray - I can see everything up to Oct 2012, so it is the more recent stuff that I can't see

Hi Joyce,

The last inbound document I see for your account is from 10/5/12. It looks like there are forecasts in your account for January ship dates, but they are from June and July of this year.

If you know of specific documents that are missing and have any reference numbers that we can look at please let me know.

I am trying to retrieve a document from April 26, but I am only seeing June orders. We need to process an order from April. How do we access this?
