How can I send an invoice?

I am trying to send a invoice and the messege shows , no document could be auto complete. please help me..

Hi Miriam,

Thanks for you post! There are a few things that could be preventing you from auto-completing that invoice. Could you please provide me with the PO number you are trying to work with? Once I get that I should be able to investigate a bit further.

The PO # is 973702-35 delivered to Loblaws in Vancouver 355 E Kent ave

I logged into your account and was not able to replicate that error. I am going to email you shortly to get some more information so we can resolve this!

Hi Miriam,

It looks like some of the Permissions on your account are currently set to "None". This would prevent you from viewing or creating certain documents. If you follow these steps those should be available to you:

1. From within WebForms, click on the SPS Commerce icon in the upper left-hand corner of the page to navigate back to the Portal page.

2. Click on "Company User Admin" within the left-hand navigation pane.
Click on the "Edit" icon.

3. Select "ALL" from the Choose a Trading Partner list.

4. Choose "All Permissions Read/Write" from the "-Select a permissions action-" list at the lower right-hand section of the page.

5. Click "Save".

After doing this, you should see the normal options in the Next Steps menu and you should be able to Auto-Complete that invoice! Let me know if you run into any problems after updating that!
