You can search for archived documents in using the “Status” option when using the Advance Search. In choosing “Archived” and a particular date range, you will be able to find all documents that meet these search criteria.
In order to locate archived documents quickly we highly recommend creating a Dynamic Folder that will display all documents with an Archived status. To do so, create an advanced search that displays documents with a Status of ‘Archived’ for all time (as seen below). Then, click Save, name your saved search (e.g. Archived Docs), and check the box to save as a Dynamic Folder. A link to your Archived documents will then appear within the left-hand navigation pane.
