How can I eliminate duplicate data entry on documents?

I'm having to enter a lot of duplicate information on my ASN and Invoice documents. Is there a way for me to streamline this process and eliminate duplicate data entry?

In order to eliminate manually entering the same information in each form you create, you are able to set defaults within your WebForms Preferences, which will populate specific form fields with your information. To do this, click 'Preferences', followed by 'Defaults' and choose the trading partner for which you wish to create the defaulted information. From here, you will be able to enter your information that will not change from form to form, such as Ship From address information. As soon as you have filled in all information you want defaulted, select 'Activate Defaults' and save your information. This information will now populate into your forms moving forward.
