How can I delete an existing ASN?

i was trying to print 1 carton label and suddenly i got various ASN ́S created.
i need to delete them but 1

Hi Erick!

That depends on whether the ASN has been sent or is if it is saved in your Drafts.

If the ASN has already been sent, there is no way to delete it from our system. Instead you can archive it. If the ASN is a saved draft, then you can delete it.

In order to delete or archive simply check the status box on the left-hand side corresponding to the document, and then select either archive or delete from the Select an Action drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.

Hi Dave,
thanks, i have done it., the asn ́s were not sent.

if PO only requires 1 carton, how can i print only carton.
i tryed but always generates 25 cartons

Hi Erick,

If the ASN is printing 25 labels then you most likely need to edit the shipped qty or qty per carton fields on the ASN.
