How can I add another username to my WebForms account?

You can follow these instructions to create an additional username on the SPS Commerce Portal.

1) Navigate to Company User Admin and click on “+ Add New User”


2) Fill out what you would like the new username to be as well as the email address of the new user and click “Add User.”


3) An email will then be sent to the new user prompting them to complete their profile.


4) Clicking on the link, the new user will then fill out their Security Profile


5) The new user will then be able to enter a password for their new username


6) The user will receive confirmation upon completing the user profile. Please note that it may take several minutes for the new password to become active.
