How to Reprocess EDI documents

We got a notice that four PO changes were received.  The four orders were lost on the server.  I need to somehow tell the workflow to reprocess and redownload in the file format.  Downloading as a csv will not work since it is not in the format needed to import.  While looking at the transactions, how can I do this.  I checked the four and I do not see an option of reprocessing.
