How to make a claim for a short-paid invoice

We received payment for an invoice but the total amount was incorrect. How can a claim be submitted to get the additional $$s due?

Mary,

Are you referencing an invoice that you sent to a trading partner of yours? Or an invoice that SPS would have sent you for services provided?

If this was an issue with a SPS Commerce invoice sent to you, you can call into 888-739-3232 option 4.

Or if this was a case where you submitted an invoice to your trading partner, and they failed to pay you the correct amount, you will have to contact them directly and follow their claim process. This is due to the fact that money does not pass through SPS Commerce, just the invoice data.

Oh yes that makes sense. It is an invoice from Costco so I will contact them directly. Thank you for your reply.
