How to download Java on your computer in Internet Explorer

This article explains downloading and running Java on your local computer.  Currently, Java is necessary to load any forms that require data-input.

To get started, please ensure you are in Internet Explorer, then follow the step-by-step instructions below.

  1. Navigate to

  2. Click the red "Free Java Download" button in the middle of the screen.

  3. Select "Agree and Start Free Download."

  4. Select "Run" from the options below, listed at the bottom of your browser.

  5. Allow Java to make changes on your computer and follow the prompts through the installation.

You have now successfully installed Java!  Please see this article if you have any troubles in loading forms in Internet Explorer going forward as you may need to allow Java to run in the browser.
