This article explains downloading and running Java on your local computer.  Currently, Java is necessary to load any forms that require data-input.

To get started, please ensure you are in Firefox, then follow the step-by-step instructions below.

  1. Navigate to

  2. Click the red "Free Java Download" button in the middle of the screen.

  3. Select "Agree and Start Free Download."

  4. If you get an option to "run" or "save," please select one of the options. The below example has the choice to save.

  5. Click the downward-facing arrow in the upper right hand side of your browser.  It may be blue as you have a "new" download.  You will want to select the file you just downloaded.  In the picture above, you will see the name is jxpiinstall.exe.

  6. Follow the prompts on your screen, allowing the program to make changes when necessary.

You have now successfully installed Java!  Please see this article if you have any troubles in loading forms in Firefox going forward as you may need to allow Java to run in the browser.
