How to do I see all Purchase Orders that have come through our account. It only goes back 4 days. AlsoI believe you are invoicing for us. Can we see when those were sent?

I did a search in your WebForms account and it looks like these documents are older than 3 months old. Your account is set to archive documents after 3 months and all the ones you see in your inbox are less than 3 months old.

There are two ways to find these older documents in your account.

1. You can change your preferences in WebFroms to archive after a longer time.  To do this you can go to Preferences on the left hand side of the screen.  When you click on that a window will open that gives you the ability to change the "Months in Mailbox" time.  Just change that dropdown menu to the amount of time you would like to have documents in your mailbox.  You can change this setting at any time to make the time in your inbox longer or shorter depending on what works for your business needs.

2. Another way to find an older document is to search Archived documents.  Go to the search folder and change the status selection to archived from the drop-down menu.  You can then conduct your search as you usually would, but it will only search for archived documents.

Let me know if you have any further questions concerning this process.

In terms of invoicing, this is a specialized connection for invoicing. What happens is an invoice is sent when a customer scans an item at checkout and purchases an item.

The act of scanning (and buying) the item triggers a purchase order to be sent to you automatically.  At that point they know what was ordered and how much they owe you. It's a very innovative way to do invoicing!

If you have any further questions with this you can also contact your dedicated Implementation Analyst. (Arthur Dickinson  He will be able to explain the system in greater detail as well.

Thank you!
