How do you print shipping labels in the new Dashboard?

I converted to the new Fulfillment dashboard and upon completing my ASN I was unable to print my shipping label. Please advise.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

In the new Fulfillment Platform, when you complete your ASN and save, you can view your document with a row of gray icons along the top. One of those icons is a small truck--this will take you to your shipping documents, including shipping labels. Labels will only be available for trading partners that require labels in your EDI connection.

If you are attempting to print shipping labels and see "System Problem.." with a thumbs-down, this means that the ASN has not been completely/correctly filled out. Typically, this happens when there is a mandatory field missing, or if an ASN is packed incorrectly, with quantities per carton that do not divide evenly into cartons. You will need to review your ASN and make sure it is properly filled out.

If this is not the issue, you may be experiencing a unique problem, and I would recommend reaching out to our support team via phone at (888) 739-3232, Option 1, Option 1 to have an agent look more closely into your account specifically.

Thanks very much for this answer.  I was struggling with this question myself for a bit.  However, in Webforms I was able to print the labels for a series of different orders by checking them off on in sent items and then choosing "Print labels and Warehouse Documents" at the bottom of that page.  Can this be done in the new Fulfillment system?

Absolutely! You can go into your "Transactions" tab and select any orders (or, preferably, the ASNs) you want to print labels for. Once you check the documents, you can use the "Actions" dropdown menu (On the top right corner of the search bar) to select "Shipping Documents." this will generate a list of all the labels!
