Good afternoon Rosa,

Thank you for contacting SPS Commerce.   Unfortunately, once a document is sent, it cannot be cancelled.  It is already in transit to the retailer.   Here are some suggestions on what to do:

Step One:
Unless noted otherwise, the best first step after sending incorrect information on a form is to reach out directly to your Trading Partner (recipient of the document).  It is important to note the SPS Commerce is unable to edit or cancel a document once it has been sent.  We recommend providing your Trading Partner with the below information:
  • Purchase Order number (if applicable)
  • ID of incorrect document sent (ie. Invoice Number)
  • Description of error

Step Two:
Upon receiving a response from your Trading Partner, you may need to work with us (SPS) to reset the document in our system.  This is only necessary if your Trading Partner ask you create a new document and you are unable to open the document or your items do not source to the new document.
