How do we set up auto fill for new customer invoice?

We are attempting to invoice Kroger PO# 74349 and none of our information is auto-filled. It is very time consuming to fill out all cells on each invoice. We have not run into this issue before, please help us to get this set up.

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

It sounds like you are asking about setting up defaults for your new invoices with Kroger.  This will automatically fill in all the fields that are mandatory, but stay the same each time. Some common fields to sent defaults with are the payment terms and remit to information on the header tabs.

To set defaults you can either access them from the form itself by clicking on the defaults button at the bottom, or you can go to preferences on the side and open them there as well.  I think working with them with the form open is the best option as then you can see exactly what is mandatory as you set them.
