Hi this is my first post, so please let me know if I'm missing information. How do we add a line item to an invoice? For example, PO 4816716904 (Loblaw) - the customer added an item, but it doesn't show as updated on the purchase order when we invoice. Can we add the line on the invoice? And how do we do it? Thanks for your help.

Hello Margie,

We are not able to change the way Purchase Orders show in our system--we can only display the information sent originally on the PO. For any items you are adding, you will need to do so manually by clicking "Add a Line Item" on your item tab on your invoice when editing. You'll be able to choose the option to add a blank line, and you will need to manually click into each required field to type in the information.

The alternative would be for your buyer to send across another PO that does include this item.
