How do I un-archive a new order that was accidentally archived?

Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Support Center!

This link will take you to a page that helps you locate the document:

https://supportcenter.spscommerce.com/spscommerce/topics/how_can_i_search_for_archived_documents

After you have located it, select the document by checking the box on the left side and then at the bottom of the page, from the drop down menu, select unarchive.  That will restore the PO to the active status.

If you do not see it in your inbox, search for it again and it will come up, but be sure to change the status to unspecified.
